So how does it work?
All you need to do is get in touch and let us know the date of your dinner, lunch or celebration, how many people are attending, how many courses you would like and any allergies or dietary requirements...(we do our best to cater to most) then take a look at our yummy menus and let us know what your like the look of (everyone chooses the same starter, main & dessert). We can also provide a children's menu or half portions if you are including any younger ones. Tailored menus can be arranged on request.
Pricing depends on dishes & ingredients chosen and payment terms are 50% advance payment to hold the date for you and 50% balance a week before your dinner. Once we have confirmed the date you can relax and let us handle the rest.
We arrive about an hour before you would like to eat, lay the table, cook and serve you dinner...we even do the washing up so all you have to do is enjoy yourselves.
In addition to the menus we offer pre-dinner canapés, a delicious local cheese course and we also work with the local vineyards to offer wine pairings to ensure you have a fabulous dining experience.

Living by the coast in East Sussex we are very lucky to have such a vast choice of local suppliers, from wine to cheese to veg, meat and fish everything is locally sourced. We are firm believers in supporting other local businesses.
